Cívis Ház Zrt. utilizes the properties of the city of Debrecen owned by the Municipality of Debrecen.

Cívis Ház PLC is a member company of Debreceni Vagyonkezelő PLC, 100% owned by the Municipality of Debrecen.

The core business of Cívis Ház PLC is real estate utilisation and management, which is divided into four business divisions, residential, commercial, office utilisation and real estate development. The rental, operation, renovation, maintenance of municipal and self-owned apartments, shops and offices are the core activities of the company, as is property development. 

Based on asset management contracts concluded with the local government of DMJV (Municipality of the City of Debrecen), they rent out about 3,000 apartments owned by the local government, as well as maintain them and provide joint representation for condominiums.
Under property management contract, 150 shops owned by the municipality and 400 shops owned by Cívis Ház PLC are used, mostly in the city centre of Debrecen.
