Civis Ház

Cívis Ház Zrt. is a member company of Debreceni Vagyonkezelő Zrt., a 100% owned subsidiary of the Municipality of Debrecen. Its activities consist of several parts:
It manages the housing stock of about 3 000 apartments owned by the municipality, it manages about 150 commercial premises owned by the municipality and it leases out about 400 commercial premises owned by the municipality, which are located throughout the city.
