The company entered the mobile telecommunications market in 1994 under the name Pannon GSM and took the name Telenor Hungary in 2010; it is based in Törökbálint. Since July 2018, Telenor Hungary has been owned by PPF Group, which invests in several market segments, including financial services, telecommunications, biotechnology, real estate, and engineering, and has a presence in several countries in Europe, the United States, and Asia. Its main activities are national terrestrial television and radio broadcasting and wireless business telecommunications. From 1 March 2022, Telenor will operate under the name Yettel Magyarország Zrt. You can also find stores at the following locations:
