The building work of the new crèche in Postakert is progressing at a good pace, and when it is finished, it will be a jewel in the crèche care system, Deputy Mayor of Debrecen Diána Széles said.
The “Caring City” program aims to help families with young children by providing nursery care.
“I know from experience that it is challenging for young mothers to find a balance between work and family. It helps a lot to know that your child is safe and well cared for,” she continued, saying that the work is well underway, and, when completed, “it will be a jewel in the crown of the childcare system.
