The Tax Department of the Mayor’s Office of the City of Debrecen reminds entrepreneurs that the deadline for submitting local business tax returns is Wednesday, the 31st of May, 2023.
At the same time, the difference between the tax on actual income and the advance tax already settled can be paid without penalty. Entrepreneurs can only file their returns electronically using the 22HIPA form provided by the NAV, which can be accessed at 22HIPAK – Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal (gov.hu)
An exception to the compulsory electronic filing is made for farmers, who may submit their returns on paper. The return is deemed to have been received by the deadline if it is posted by midnight on Wednesday or, if submitted electronically, sent by that date using the General Form Completion (GFC) programme.
