On 7th of June, the Great Forest Open Air Stage reopened its doors.
The local transportation company, DKV, will provide a special shuttle service in addition to the advertised schedule to make it easier for spectators to get home.
From this season, the agreement between DKV and the Csokonai Theatre regarding the public transport of visitors to the Great Forest Open Air Stage (Nagyerdei Szabadtéri Színpad) will change.
This year, there will be no free public transport for the 2 hours before and after the performance for theatre ticket holders, but when there is a special shuttle service, it will be free for theatre ticket holders.
If the performance is expected to end after the last tram departure, the Csokonai Theatre will order a special service from DKV, which will be announced in advance.
On 7th June (rain date 8th June), the gates of the Nagyerdei Open-Air Stage will reopen: the summer season will start with a black comedy, Tracy Letts’ August in Oklahoma, brought to Debrecen by the Zenthe Ferenc Theatre as part of the Theatre Olympics. The performance starts at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
After the performance, DKV Zrt. will provide a special service in addition to the advertised schedule to make the journey home easier.
