The 100th Hungarian store of the world-famous chain opened in Debrecen.
Taking into account the city’s growing economy and demand, the JYSK store in Debrecen has just been opened in the Kishegyesi Road shopping centre.
With this investment, the company has created 9 new jobs. Last year, the company had a turnover of more than HUF 74 billion in the country, an increase of 14 percent compared to the previous year.
At the same time, customer traffic has also increased. This justified the opening of the new shop. Country Director Sándor Szimeiszter said they hoped to contribute to the development of the city.
“We can see how this city is developing. So far we have had two stores in Debrecen, but we think that the third one will be very important. I don’t come here that often. I see the development now, I see the constructions. It’s really fantastic. So I think that we can contribute to the further development of the city with this opening,” he highlighted.
