The biggest food collection campaign in the country is coming to Hajdú-Bihar county too

The two regional organisations of the Hungarian Red Cross Hajdú-Bihar County Organisation, the one in Debrecen and the one in Hajdúszoboszló, join the national action of the Hungarian Food Bank Association.

Within the action, the volunteers of the Hungarian Red Cross Hajdú-Bihar County Organisation are waiting for donations at the following locations:

• ALDI 1 (20 Dózsa György Street 4027)
• ALDI 2 (9/A Kishatár Road 4031) 
• METRO Debrecen (3 Balmazújvárosi Road 4032)
• Hajdúszoboszló ALDI (Kabai útfél 0348/5, 4200)

Donations can be dropped off at the Food Bank volunteers wearing green vests at the collection points designated near the cash registers. For those in need, canned ready meals, rice, pasta and sauces, baby food, cooking oil, long-life milk and sweets are the most helpful items, as well as any food that does not require refrigeration. 

Donations are accepted from 3.00 p.m.  to 8.00 p.m. on Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on Saturday and 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on Sunday.
