Extreme Open Day at Debrecen Sports Diagnostics Centre

An open day is being organised on 14 June  so that residents can learn about the services provided by SET. The Sports Diagnostic, Lifestyle and Therapy Center (SET)  opened its doors almost 10 years ago in the Nagyerdei Stadium building.

SET Centre not only provides complex services for elite athletes, but also welcomes recreational athletes and public clients with open doors. The open day offers a good opportunity for more people to learn about the centre and the services that serve the assessment of athletes’ condition, sports-specific nutrition, injury prevention or the solution of existing musculoskeletal problems.

They are preparing a variety of programmes: there will be free group sessions, lectures, but visitors can also try out what it feels like to run on the Moon or experience how refreshing the -180-degree cold is.

Programmes to try free of charge

  • InBody body composition measurement
  • Lymph massage, Game Ready
  • Movement development for children and adults
  • Posture analysis with EMG
  • Speed and agility measurement
  • Special gym equipment
  • Antigravity treadmill – “Run on the moon!
  • Functional movement analysis (from 14 years)

  • Cryosauna: 1,000 HUF instead of 4,500 HUF⁣
