The Municipality of the City of Debrecen and the “Give Back My Mountains Foundation” (In Hungarian “Adjátok Vissza a Hegyeimet Alapítvány!”cordially invite you to the commemoration and wreath-laying ceremony on the occasion of the Memorial Day of the Victims of Communism.
At the event, we will commemorate the tens of thousands of our compatriots who were separated from their families and sent to forced labour camps, the heroes who died as martyrs in the resistance, we recall the memory of all those who became victims of the violent system, and we express our sympathy to their family members and loved ones.
