On the 20th  and the 21st of  November, visitors will be able to discover the opportunities offered by the institution through a wide range of activities. The Main Building will again be the central venue, but all campuses will be open to visitors. The organisers are expecting around 7,000 people, graduates, parents and teachers, to attend.

“Although a long time has passed since the launch of DExpo, the goal has not changed: we would like to create an opportunity to present the educational, training, leisure, cultural and sports opportunities of the university, so that those who are about to be admitted can make the best decision after they are convinced that the University of Debrecen is worth choosing as their place of further studies, “ Mónika Rőfi told hirek.unideb.hu portal.

The head of the Event Coordination and Alumni Centre, which organises the central open days, underlined that during two days all the faculties of the University, the Teacher Training Centre, the Sports Science Coordination Institute and DEAC, the DExam Examination Centre, the Mental Health and Equal Opportunities Centre, the University of Debrecen Talent Management Programme, DETEP, the dormitories, the student self-government, the University and National Library, and for the first time the University chaplaincies would be presented.

Prospective students will be able to attend presentations by lecturers and get useful advice from students at the stands on courses, talent management, language exams, study abroad opportunities, benefits and mental health services. And for those who want to hear what a university lecture is like, there are classes they  can attend.

DExpo buses will transport visitors between the different campuses, giving them easy access to all venues in addition to the Main Building.

Visitors can prepare in advance by accessing the UD Studyversity app for information on all DExpo events, as well as the professional search and the livelihood and scoring calculator.
