Games and Language is a Hungarian-English bilingual and hybrid event to be held on 20-21 October 2023 at the University of Debrecen. The conference is intended to provide room for productive conversation in the Hungarian, regional and international scholarly community working with both table-top and video games of all genres within the field of humanities and social sciences, with a special focus on the language of games, language in games and the intersections between language and game studies.

The Conference is organised by the Institute of English and American Studies, University of Debrecen.

The event starts at 7 p.m. on 20 October.
