Santa Claus will visit the residents of the Zoo Debrecen on 2nd and 3rd of December to treat them to some delicious treats.
Of course, visitors will also be able to meet Santa, as he will be waiting for children and adults in his cabin between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on both days. Visitors can join Santa for the festive feedings of the “Animals in Action” programme. The elves who help Santa in his absence will also be delighted to welcome children to Santa’s Cabin, where they can make their own souvenirs, while singing and taking photos together.
Artúr, the friendly Shetland pony, and his caretaker will be roaming the park in the morning and afternoon with a stand full of sweets (szaloncukor).
Participation in the programs is free with Zoo tickets:
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Visiting Santa’s Cabin
11:00-11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m – 2:30 p.m: Sweet distribution by the Shetland pony, Artúr and his caretaker
12:00-2:00 p.m.: Creative activities in Santa’s Cabin
Festive feedings on Saturday:
10:00 a.m. – South American tapirs feeding
10:00 a.m. – Bear feeding
11:00 a.m. – Gibbons feeding
11:30 a.m. – Armadillos feeding
Festive feedings on Sunday:
10:00 a.m. – Pandas feeding
10:45 a.m. – Marabus feeding
11:30 a.m. – Armadillos feeding
