The 3rd of March has been World Wildlife Day for more than a decade, a highlight of conservation that raises awareness to the diversity, invaluable value of wildlife, and the threatening dangers they posed and the urgent importance of protecting them.  On the 2rd of March, 1973 CITES, the Washington Convention regulating the international trade in endangered wild animals and plants, was adopted and in 2013 the UN General Assembly decided to declare this anniversary a significant day for nature conservation. For the third time, the “Cívis Retro Computer Meeting” is waiting for interested parties at the Méliusz Central Library, organised by the Cívis Microclub. On 1 March, visitors can play all day long on a variety of retro computers and consoles (Commodore, Sega, Nintendo, Sony Playstation, etc.). “Enterprising” children and adults can compete in the Commodore 64 Wizard of Wor tournament.  In the afternoon, visitors can watch presentations and spectacular programmes, demos and animations on the projector.
