First Shipment of Free Led Bulbs Already in the City

People from more than six thousand of Debrecen’s households are participating in the free LED replacement program. The bulbs will be distributed in April.

Nearly 28,000 LED bulbs were included in the shipment unloaded at the hall of Saigo Logistic Ltd in Debrecen. The bulbs will be given to Debrecen residents who registered for the free LED replacement program by the end of February. The contents of the first and subsequent deliveries will be individually unpacked in the coming weeks.

The first shipment of free LED bulbs is already in Debrecen. The residential LED replacement program is a collaboration between the Municipality of Debrecen and CYEB Energiamegoldások Kft, and the LED bulbs will be handed over at the Kölcsey Centre in the first half of April.

The owner must sign a receipt and commit to using it in their home for at least two years. The average price of the bulbs is almost 2,000 HUF, and they come with a two-year guarantee.
