Market Építő Zrt won the work., Magyar Építők reports based on the company’s announcement.
The HUF 3,000 billion project is already underway: the heavy earthworks, soil stabilisation and bedding, have been completed, and the deep foundations and pile foundations are underway. The building will have a floor area of almost 80,000 square metres and will have a height of 27 metres.
The hall construction covers the entire Market Group portfolio. The largest work will be the fabrication and installation of reinforced concrete structures.
A mobile concrete mixing plant has been installed on-site, sparing the road network in the area around the construction site. The contractor hopes to complete the pile foundation by September and the structure’s construction by the last quarter.
As recently announced, CATL lead researcher Wu Kai won the European Inventor Award in the category “Countries outside the European Patent Office” for developing a safe lithium-ion battery.
