There are expected to be significant traffic restrictions in Debrecen in the coming days.
In Debrecen-Józsa, the inland section of the main road No. 35 has been closed from 9th of June 2023 for water utility repairs.
The diversion route from Hajdúböszörmény: Gönczy Pál Street – Felsőjózsai Street – Sillye Gábor Street – Harmat Street.
The detour route from Debrecen: Szordasi Road – Meszesi Street – Tokaji Street – Bocskai István Road. The affected local buses will use the detour route. Further information: www.dkv.hu.
Debrecen-Józsa from both Hajdúböszörmény and Debrecen can be avoided by using the M35 motorway.
The full closure is expected to last until Tuesday, 20th of June 2023.
The heating pipeline will be renovated on the section of Hunyadi Street between Füvészkert Street and Bethlen Street between 19th of June and 30th of July 2023. The bus lane on the even side of Hunyadi Street and the adjacent traffic lane will be closed. Traffic will be rerouted in 2×2 lanes.
The Vezér Street level crossing will be closed for renovation between Wednesday, 21st of June 2023 (from 3 p.m), and Friday, 23rd of June 2023 (until 6 p.m.). The industrial park will be accessible to vehicular traffic via the Balmazújvárosi Road – Domokos Márton Road. The construction will be carried out in the evening hours, during the day pedestrian traffic will be guaranteed between 7 am and 7 pm.
