Israel was hit by a terrorist attack at dawn today. In a targeted attack by Hamas, thousands of rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory.
On behalf of the City of Debrecen, we condemn in the strongest terms the series of attacks against Israel and its citizens!
We express our sympathy to the citizens of the attacked country, especially the victims and their relatives. We express our sympathy and support to the citizens of our sister city, Rishon Lezion, for their losses.
I wish for order to be restored as quickly as possible and for the citizens of Israel to be able to live their lives in peace and tranquillity once again.
