Due to utility construction works on the power line, the drinking water pipeline was damaged at the intersection of Lahner Street and Őz Street in Debrecen.
Lahner Street was closed along the entire width of the intersection. The buses of DKV Ltd. are on a diversion route (For more information please visit: www.dkv.hu).
According to the information of the contractor, the repair of the fault is in progress together with Debrecen Waterworks Ltd. It is expected that on Wednesday (5 February) half the width of the road (depending on the damage to the road surface) will be restored to traffic on Lahner Street. The contractor responsible for the burst pipe is making every effort to ensure that the repair and the return of the roadway to traffic can take place as soon as possible.
We ask all motorists to avoid Lahner Street!
