From the 11th of July to the 17th of August, the “Reformed Great Church in Love” program will be held.
Tuesday: From 10 am on Tuesdays, visitors can get to know the church, Debrecen’s past and present even better with puzzles and playful exercises on an exploratory walk. The programme is available with a museum educational pass; no pre-registration is required.
Wednesday: on Wednesdays from 12 noon, a 25-30 minute mini organ concert starts. Afterwards, visitors can explore the church on their own. Every Wednesday, the programme starts with a bell ringing.
Thursday: Wine at sunset from a height of 40 metres and a visit to a church – that’s what awaits visitors every Thursday at 7 pm in July and August. The guided tour includes visiting the church, the permanent and temporary exhibitions and the attic. The programme is open to a maximum of 30 participants every Thursday. On arrival at the panoramic walkway, all participants over 18 years of age can taste the wine of the Great Church (Mészáros Wine House – Red Kadarka and Rosé) and enjoy the sunset from a height of 40 metres between the two towers. This programme is subject to prior registration.
