Students of the MCC Leadership Academy in Debrecen received advice

László Papp provided the students of the MCC Leadership Academy with some advice.

The MCC Leadership Academy was established to help students successfully start their careers in the world of work and to contribute to ensuring a supply of qualified leaders in Hungary. 

The Leadership Academy is the final and concluding element of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium’s training portfolio. It provides selected young graduates starting their careers with unique, free, complex training and preparation for more serious tasks not available elsewhere.

The intensive course does not follow the logic of traditional leadership training programmes. Still, it aims to build knowledge and personality through diverse training methodologies while focusing on practice and experiential learning.

“Strategy, a good team, and the recognition of your potential. With this good advice, I let the students of the MCC Leadership Academy go with it,” the mayor wrote on his Facebook page.
