The store represents a completely new concept and quality not only in its image but also in customer service, and it also awaits customers with a home service portfolio combining the best of the former Vodafone and DIGI services, as well as residential tariffs.
After the rebranding on January 1, many may have wondered how exactly the stores of the two former major service providers, Vodafone and DIGI, will be transformed with the merger and how the renewed services can be used.
The good news is that service users don’t have to wait any longer as One’s newest store has opened in Debrecen.
Not only are the stores getting a new look, One’s home service portfolio has also been renewed, the central element of which is that customers receive services tailored to their individual needs. The TV Family package accordingly provides new-generation television with live broadcasts, applications available from a media box and built-in streaming content. In addition, the TV Family package also provides unlimited access to the Premium package of the RTL+ streaming platform.
Thanks to this, One is the only domestic telecommunications service provider that provides the full range of RTL+ Premium in its package offers at no additional charge, so that customers can watch UEFA matches, including broadcasts of the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, as well as RTL’s exclusive in-house produced content, as well as international films and series, as part of their package.
With One, home internet access is also taking it to a higher level. Thanks to the developments, Gigabit-speed internet will soon be available in more than 2 million households through the combined network of the former providers Vodafone and DIGI, which can mean download speeds of up to 1000 Mbps for those using the Home GigaNet tariff package.
Existing customers do not need to worry about One’s mobile tariffs, although the names of the packages have changed, their content and pricing are the same as those of the former Vodafone tariff packages. In addition, the company is preparing a special promotion, which is also one of the most favorable unlimited offers available on the market: subscribers with former Vodafone or DIGI landline services can choose a mobile subscription with unlimited domestic data traffic and calls in addition to their landline service for only HUF 9,990.
In addition, the service provider also has a surprise in store for prepaid subscribers with the Tuti Top-up Card service, which was also renewed on January 1. New prepaid customers can enjoy a HUF 1,500 starter SIM card package, which includes 60 minutes of free calls every Monday and 100 MB of mobile data per month. One also delivers the prepaid cards to customers’ homes free of charge.
