The reconstruction of the section of Monostorpályi road between Mikepércsi Road and Wekerle Street is underway. According to the information provided by the contractor, asphalt milling and utility installation works on the section between Mikepércsi Road and the siding will take place from the 23 of March (Saturday). In order to ensure uninterrupted traffic on Mikepércsi Road, the following traffic order, depending on the weather, will be in effect on Monostorpályi Road during the works:
1. Trucks:
On the section between Mikepércsi Road and Vécsey Street on the 23 of March (Saturday, after morning rush hour) from 8:15 a.m. until the 5th of April, truck traffic will be prohibited in both directions. Trucks can use Leiningen Street as a diversion route.
2. Passenger vehicles:
On the section between Mikepércsi Road and Híd Street from the 23rd of March to the 5th of April, between 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during the work, passenger vehicle traffic will be prohibited in both directions, Szabó Kálmán and Leiningen streets are recommended to avoid the road section. After 4:30 p.m.,the ban in the direction of Mikepércsi Road will be lifted, and passenger vehicles travelling from Monostorpályi Road in the direction of Mikepércsi Road can drive without restrictions.
During the Easter long weekend, between Friday the 29th of March and Monday the 1st of April, traffic restrictions for private vehicles will be lifted.
After the holiday, from 08.15 on Tuesday the 2nd of April until the 5th of April, restrictions on cars and lorries will be reintroduced.
The traffic lights at the Monostorpályi-Mikepércsi road intersection will be switched on and off during the period indicated.
During the road reconstruction, the affected DKV PLC vehicles will run on a diversionary route.
