“The Civaqua test run is underway on the Józsa section of the Tócó,” Deputy Mayor of Debrecen Ákos Balázs announced on its Facebook. The deputy mayor also shared a video of the trial run.
Earlier, Mayor of Debrecen László Papp reported on Debrecen Television that the first phase of the Civaqua will be completed by the end of the year. At a press conference in September, the mayor pointed out that the water level will be raised and the water balance in the area will be significantly better.
“The programme’s first phase reached another milestone at the end of September when the powerful pump that will be the heart of the whole system was tested”, Deputy Mayor Ákos Balázs said previously.
