The final reconstruction of a section of road on Lahner Street in Debrecen, which was damaged by a pipe bursting in the past, will occur on Monday and Tuesday, March 10 and 11, 2025.
The reconstruction with warm asphalt will start at 8.00 am on Monday, 10 March 2025, and is expected to last until 3.00 pm on the same day. On that day, the affected road section at the Lahner Street and Őz Street intersection will be closed at full width during the work. During the closure, DKV Zrt. services will be diverted.
The works will resume on Tuesday, March 11, at 8 a.m. Signal wardens will enforce half-lane restrictions.
The contractor is expected to complete the work and return the affected section of Lahner Street to traffic by 15 a.m. on that day. Passers-by are asked to avoid Lahner Street as much as possible during the work and to exercise extra caution on the surrounding streets.
