Autumn is here and the Sehenswert (in English: “Eye-catching, in Hungarian: “Szemrevaló”) Film Festival is back. From 10 October, for the thirteenth time, the organisers are inviting the audience to discover together the most exciting and latest films from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The main theme of this year’s festival is the relationship between literature and cinema.
In addition to Budapest, Pécs and Szeged, Debrecen has also joined the programme, with five films being screened at the Apollo Cinema between the 24th and the 28 of October.
Admission is free of charge.
