For the second time, the Apollo Film Theatre and the Jewish Community of Debrecen are organising the Jewish Film Festival between the 7th and the 10th of November. This year, the 2nd Jewish Film Festival will screen films on the Holocaust, the everyday life and traditions of Hungarian Jewry.
The films presented during the three-day event will convey the values of the Jewish religion and Jewish culture in a value-creating way, and provide real knowledge about the events affecting Hungarian Jewry, related to the Holocaust and anti-Semitism in Hungary.
Films are free of charge, but registration is required. You can register online using the links attached to the films or in person at the Apollo Cinema box office.
