Csokonai Theatre invites all their audience members to the guided tours of Csokonai Theatre. These tours, led by our actors, will reveal the hidden spaces and secrets of the nearly 160-year-old building that are usually concealed from the public.
Following the completion of the renovation work in 2023, the theatre tours commenced immediately, offering insights not only into the building’s history but also into the restoration process. Experienced actors of the theatre guide visitors through the theatre’s greatest secrets, taking them to locations such as the dressing rooms, stage, prop storage, actor’s lounge, orchestra pit, and even the multi-story structure of the revolving stage.
