MCC Debrecen Educational Center holds a lecture in English on the role of motivation on the 18th of February.
The lecture will address the following questions:
- Why do we get up in the morning?
- Why do we rise to challenges repeatedly, even when every inch of us falls back?
- Where does motivation at work and home come from, and what fuels and weakens it?
- What motivates us in our decisions?
- What tools can we use to motivate ourselves, our children, our colleagues or, in education, our students?
- How do motivational factors change at different stages of life?
Information about the event:
- The lecturer at the event is Gábor Csepregi/ Advisor to the MCC Leadership Academy.
