 26 May, (Sunday)  – Alice in Wonderland moves to a nostalgic tram

The services will depart from the Main Station (Nagyállomás) at 10.30 a.m. , 11.16 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. and will take 40 minutes to complete a circuit on tram line 1. You can get on at any stop and travel free on the nostalgia tram on this day.Children getting on can meet Alice, the White Princess and the Rabbit. In addition, on this day, the trams and trolleybuses will have a passenger announcer with the voices of the children of the theatre workers. Alice (Eszter Balázs-Bécsi), the White Princess (Hella Tolnai) and the Rabbit (Norbert Nagy). On this day, the trams and trolleybuses will be announcing the event in the voices of the children of the theatre staff. Passengers can hear the stops and the attention-grabbing phrases in the voices of the youngsters.

  • 11.00 a.m.  – Start of Children’s Day activities at Hármashegyalja, near Természet Háza (Nature House)
  • 2. 30 p.m. – Closing of the programme
  • 3. 00 p.m. – Return train to Debrecen
  • Programmes, contributors.

    • Candy showers, face painting, glitter tattoos, creative activities courtesy of the HAHA Association
    • Zumba and cheerleader demonstrations by the Superstar Cheerleader and Dance Association, Piruett Dance Studio, Amirah Zumba Debrecen, Klaudia Dance Team
    • Police: demonstration of dogs by Sergeant István Komádi, training dog handler, and demonstration of service vehicles by the District Officer Subdivision by the courtesy of Sergeant János Fucskó, District Officer (you will be able to get into the vehicles)
    • Hungarian Defence Forces: a military obstacle course with laser target shooting, target shooting and a crawling course
    • Interactive dog demonstration with SANSZ – Helping the Four-legged Foundation

The venue is the grassy area next to the Nature House.
