The program “Advent Lights from the Reformed Great Church” will start at 5 p.m. on the following days: 6, 13, 20 December 2023.
On 16th of December the Christmas concert of Béla Pintér will be performed in the church, starting at 6 p.m. (Tickets: https://www.pinterbela.hu/ )
The programs of the church’s Karakter 1517 Bookstore and Café are as follow:
On 23rd of November at 6 pm, the book “Cradle and Cross” (“Bölcső és kereszt” ) by Krisztián Kovács will be presented, while a book presentation of “Kapáslövés” will take place on 28th of November at 6 pm.
On the 29th of November, starting at 7 pm, the Debrecen Dixieland Band will perform in the café.
On the 2nd of December, there will be Christmas children’s activities with Természettár from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
On the 4th of December, there will be a book launch in memory of Melinda Sz. Kóczián at 6 p.m.
On the 8th of December, there will be a film screening followed by a discussion about the traditions of “Bethlehem” at 6 p.m.
On the 9th and 16th of December, there will be Christmas children’s activities from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Participation in the programs of Karakter 1517 Bookstore and Café are free of charge.
