Former Ambassador’s Book Presentation in the Déri Museum

Hungary’s former ambassador to Austria, Vince Szalay-Bobrovniczky’s book titled ‘The Waldheim Affair and Austria’ will be presented in the Déri Museum on the 5th of December from 3 p.m.

In Hungary, Vince Szalay-Bobrovniczky, Hungary’s former ambassador to Austria, is one of the most knowledgeable experts on Austrian domestic politics. 

Kurt Waldheim worked as the Secretary General of the United Nations for ten years from 1972, then from 1986 to 1992, he was the President of the Republic of Austria.

Deputy Mayor of Debrecen István Puskás and essayist Zsolt Heller, founder of the Artists’ Club, will greet the guests at the event. 

The author and the editor, Péter Szatmári, the Vice Chancellor of Milton Friedman University in Budapest, will present the book.
