Free Entry to Mothers and Their companions to Déri Museum on Mother’s Day

On Mother’s Day, the 5th of May, Déri Museum is also offering a surprise for families, with thematic programmes from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. 

In addition to its exhibitions, the Déri Museum is also preparing for the celebration with a musical performance and a jewellery-making workshop.

This is not only a free day of activities for mothers and their accompaniments, but also a free visit to the museum’s exhibitions.

Program:

• “My mother’s Tulip tree” – Mother’s Day greeting at Déri Museum
• Mother’s Day Song Bouquet – performed by the students of the Kossuth Lajos Grammar School and Primary School of the University of Debrecen
• Musical greeting by students of the MEA Art School
•  Presentation by the Happy Time Dance School
• “Let’s transform” corner with hairdressing and make-up students from Diószegi  Sámuel Baptist Technical and Vocational School
• “Honey heart”  decoration
• Jewellery making workshop
• Gift making craft session with Imami from Debrecen

4.00 p.m.: Flower bouquet from pictures – Guided tour by art historian and museologist Irén Fodor Éva Fodor (the guided tour is subject to registration, please contact matrai.nagy.andrea@derimuzeum.hu)
