Halloween Themed Programmes in Debrecen

This year in Debrecen, too, there are a number of themed programmes for Halloween lovers, who can learn about the origins and traditions of the holiday, through amusement park entertainment and many other exciting adventures.

29 October

• Halloween in the shadow of literature – Horror book recommendations, spooky selfies and a Halloween party in the library. A full day of scary games, terrifyingly good crafts and a fairy tale from 5.00 p.m. at the Méliusz library. For more information please visit this link.

30 October

• Józsa Halloween in the Józsa Library.
• Spider Halloween – Halloween activities at the Józsa Community Centre from 3.00 p.m.

31 October 

• 5.00 p.m. – 6.30 p.m.  – Halloween evening walk in the Botanic Garden. The Botanic Garden offers a unique post-Sunset walk through the arboretum and greenhouses, showcasing the story of Halloween. Read more about the event here.
