The only classic amusement park in Hungary celebrates the Day of the Little Railway on the second Saturday of July, and this year, in keeping with and expanding this tradition, it will offer all-day unlimited experiences and thematic programmes with the participation of numerous contributors on the 13th and the 14th of July.
At the event there will be a unique opportunity to learn about the rich past and present of the Little Railway, which has been in operation since its foundation and has now been fully restored, and to admire model trains, model railway models and railway relics, and even to take a train driver training course and become a train driver.
The nostalgic atmosphere will be enhanced by an amateur radio station, a pioneer railway photo point and an exhibition of bicycle curiosities, while younger visitors can also enjoy a themed craft corner and a forest exploration game. The full range of amusement park rides will be available to the public, with magic wristbands available all day long.
In view of the rich programme, on the 13th and the 14th of July,, the Amusement Park can be visited with a 2500 HUF per person ticket including one free use of any slot machine or with a 6800 HUF per person magic wristband, and zoo tickets are available at the normal price on site and online in advance.
