Halloween community run organisers ask participants (who can) to bring a carved pumpkin and a candlestick, and venturesome people can even wear a costume.
The community running is a fantastic experience. Runners can meet new faces, who share the desire to run. Others are also welcome to come and check out what is so enjoyable in running.
The training schedule is assembled by a coach from week to week, and the runnings are guided by qualified running ambassadors. The community operates with a medical background, so if runners have any health issues, they will try to help.
Every week there are 5 training sessions, from walking to professional level. Each group is guided by its own running ambassador, so it’s worth coming as beginners and regular runners are both welcome. The Members of Mozaik Med Sports Club get a free embroidered technical T-shirt.
The training sessions in Debrecen are supported by the regional organisation of the Hungarian Medical Chamber (MOK), which means that MOK members get the free T-shirt after 5 participation in trainings (independently Sports Club membership). One of their goals is to provide a healthy and enjoyable free-time activity for doctors.
