Christmas Little Railway
The Christmas Little Railway is again waiting for its passengers at the Advent Fair.

Rules:
Children under 4 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to use the ride.
Everyone may use the Christmas Little Railway at their own and/or their parents’ risk.
It is forbidden to stand up, lean out, touch decorations or get off the vehicle during the ride.
It is forbidden to step on the rails or on the area bordered by the rails!

Baroque Carousel
The baroque carousel, made in a small-scale artisanal environment in the town of Montagnana in Northern Italy, provides entertainment for smaller children at the Advent Fair in Debrecen.Thanks to the Nagyerdei Cultural Park, the ornate carousel awaits its passengers in all its glory in the period between the 29th of November and the 23rd of December at the Dósa nádor Square.

Rules:
Children between the age of 3-14 years can use the carousel.
The use of the device is allowed up to 50 kg body weight.
The use of safety devices is mandatory, releasing them during ride time is FORBIDDEN!
It is FORBIDDEN to wrap the chains and the seats together or with yourself.

Fairytale Town
This year, a magical Fairytale City awaits them when they enter the light gate next to the life-size Nutcracker figures, courtesy of Eve Power Hungary.
In the gingerbread cottage, the Gingys decorate their Christmas tree, in the Santa Claus factory, industrious elves wrap presents with Santa Claus, through the windows of the cottages you can discover who lives inside, and thousands of little details can be observed inside and outside the buildings.
A pathway leads to Fairytale Town, lined with 24 little Christmas trees, decorated with ornaments made by kindergarten children. Interestingly, the small trees with their troughs have already been displayed at the Advent Fair for the last two years, and thanks to the DEKERT’s careful care, they have become part of the Debrecen Advent this year.

Donations can only be truly given if we prepare our souls to do so, so for Advent, the Memorial Garden will be transformed into an Advent Soul Garden, where we can meet, reflect and revive the tradition of the living nativity. The Soul Garden will offer surprises after the Sunday candle-lighting, and donations can be placed in the “Pass it on” box.
Advent Calendar
Displayed at various shop windows of various buildings around the city centre.
Hütte
Indulge in steamed dumplings and more, all in a unique setting in the city’s heart. Just swing by the Hütte, conveniently located next to the Reformed Great Church and the Christmas ice rink,making it the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday outing.
Kindergarteners’ Christmas Trees
Kindergarten children in Debrecen decorate 24 small pine trees with ornaments they made. The trees will be exhibited at the Advent Fair.
