The Nature Conservation and Cultural Association for the Great Forest of Debrecen will host the XI “Run, jog, walk for the birds of the Great Forest” family sports day, drawing the attention of the people of Debrecen to the protection of the Great Forest’s bird life.
Registration
To register for the event, please use the online registration form.
Registration and participation is free of charge.
Participants can only enter their own personal data during the registration process.
All persons who require a race number and certificate at the event must register.
On-site registration is not possible. Anyone who wishes to participate in the event may do so, but may not claim a number, certificate or other souvenir.

Donations
At the sports event there will be an opportunity to support the work of the association by donating money at the designated place. The donation will be used by the association for bird feeding, maintenance of bird feeders and waterers, and organising free birding activities for children.
Other information
Fitness and health: by submitting an entry and registering, the competitor declares that he/she is fit and healthy to compete.
Clothing: it is the individual responsibility of the competitor to compete in clothing appropriate to the weather conditions.
Photographs and video recordings will be taken of the event, in which the entrant may be personally identifiable. The entrant agrees that the photo and video recordings may be used freely by the service provider to promote and advertise their event.
The Debrecen Forest for Nature and Culture Association as the data controller is committed to the protection of personal data generated during the registration process, and attaches great importance to the rights of the entrants. The Service Provider undertakes to treat personal data confidential and to take all security, technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data. The Association for Nature Conservation and Culture of the Debrecen Forest also undertakes not to disclose the personal data it processes in any form to third parties.
