Weekend of Terrariums and Aquariums

Visitors can get ready for an exciting weekend to explore the  Zoo’s unique world of terrariums and aquariums.

At the event participants can enjoy special exhibitions, expert talks, feeding demonstrations, and engaging activities for nature lovers; they are invited to join to discover what the work is like to ensure guests can learn more about these wonderful creatures and their extraordinary habitats.

-11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.– Basics of Aquaristics: Behind the Scenes of the New Exhibit

-12:00  p.m. – 12:45  p.m. – Keeping Invertebrates at Home: Practical Tips

-1:00  p.m. – 1:45  p.m. – Feeding Animals Freely – Bioactivity Demonstration in the Palm House

10 November 

-11:00 a.m. – 12:00  p.m. – Setting up a Dart Frog Exhibit with Bence Frisóczki

-12:00  p.m. – 12:45  p.m. – Sensory Workshop – My Friend the Millipede (Zoo Nook)

-1:15  p.m.  – Spectacular Feeding of Javanese Archerfish

-2:00  p.m.– Spectacular Feeding of Piranhas
