Local services
On the 10th of February visitors can celebrate the coming of spring in a unique riot of the great diversity of wildlife and thematic events at the Bearnival (Bear Festival) of Debrecen Zoo.
A full day of activities awaits visitors to Debrecen’s carnival event. There will be a Bear Hospital, honey tasting, a book fair, a costume and bear beauty contest, folk carnival games, themed guided tours and much more.
Visitors are all strongly encouraged to dress up in costume and take part in the costume beauty contest.
All events and activities are free with Zoo entry.
