Debrecen4U, in cooperation with the HSA Group, is organising a seminar for expats living in Debrecen.

Whether you are a prospective homeowner, tenant or expat family, the seminar aims to provide valuable information to help you navigate the real estate market and expat life in Debrecen. You can also expect expert advice and networking opportunities.

The topics of the seminar include:

   1. Current situation, trends and forecasts of the real estate market in Debrecen
   2. Opportunities and demands in the rental housing market
   3. Buying a property as a foreigner

1. Families, family members – immigration rules, social security
   1. Living as an expat family in Hungary according to immigration rules
   2. Compulsory elements and options for social security and health insurance
   3. The access of expats to local GPs and paediatric services
