The Debrecen Symphonic Band is a wind orchestra that plays a significant role in training brass, woodwind, and percussion students at the University of Debrecen. The band's main task is to support the conducting practice of students participating in the unique master's program in conducting and wind orchestra at the University of Debrecen. The band's repertoire includes historical Hungarian marches, contemporary Hungarian works, as well as notable international wind orchestra pieces and their arrangements.
