Film screening and Discussion at German Cultural Forum
Deutsches Kulturforum 24 Batthyány Street, Debrecen, HungaryOn the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Holocaust, the German Cultural Forum in Debrecen is launching a long-term awareness-raising programme, the Éva Fahidi Dialogue Programme. The programme's name is linked to Éva Fahidi, a Holocaust survivor from Debrecen and Honorary Citizen of the City of Debrecen. The programme will start on the evening of the 15th of April with a thematic film, titled The Euphoria of Existence (2019), screening followed by a discussion. The aim of the event and the programme is to convey the message and legacy of Éva Fahidi “Never hate again!” Director: Réka Szabó Participants of the discussion: Andor Andrási, Réka Szabó and Zsuzsanna Iványi The entrance is free of charge, but registration is required.
