Debrecen BSC Roundtable’s knowledge integration program wins award
Debrecen Business Service Center (DBSC) Roundtable’s program titled “Three-Level Knowledge Integration in Education” won a special award in the “Future Builders” category of the HR Best 2025 competition, the roundtable announced.
HR Best is one of the most prestigious awards in the Hungarian HR profession, which rewards innovative and socially impactful HR solutions. The professional jury praised DBSC’s program for its systemic approach, long-term impact on education, and exemplary cooperation.
The Three-Level Knowledge Integration in Education program has three pillars:
- attitude formation of educational leaders,
- development and expansion of teachers’ tools,
- career guidance support for students.
The program aims to build a bridge between education and the business service sector, and to integrate the sector’s key competencies into the education system at as many levels and in a variety of forms as possible.
In implementing the program, the six member companies of DBSC – 4iG, BT – British Telecommunications, Diehl Aviation, Flowserve, NI-Emerson and Transcosmos – have been cooperating with the University of Debrecen, the Debrecen School District Center and the Debrecen Vocational Training Center for years, working for the development of the city and the region and for the future generation.
