Debrecen Celebrates Marriage Week with a Wide Range of Events
What does fidelity mean today? A limitation or a gift, a burden, or a liberating force? Within a series of events for Marriage Week, we seek answers through worship services, discussions, film clubs, and community gatherings, within the fellowship of the congregation.
Marriage Week presents marriage as a gift from God, a space of unconditional love, fidelity, and forgiveness for two people committed to one another. It speaks openly about the joys and challenges of marriage, supporting married couples and those preparing for marriage from practical, spiritual, and scientific perspectives alike. The 2026 Marriage Week welcomes those interested with worship services, lectures, discussions, a conference, and cultural programs in Budapest and its surroundings, placing emphasis on fidelity, nurturing relationships, and the hope of renewal.
