Inclusive football programme at DVSC Academy
Ten hearing-impaired children learned the basics of football at the DVSC Football Academy’s training centre in Pallag, with the support of Debrecen Sportcentrum Kft.
The programme is part of the Inclusion-InSport-InSociety – Heroes of Local Responsible Sport Enterprises initiative, providing free sporting opportunities for people with disabilities.
At the DVSC Football Academy’s training centre in Pallag, 10 children from the Institute for Special Pedagogical Methodology for the Hearing Impaired participated in a training session on June 3, 2025.
The students followed the instructions of coaches Tibor Vad, Péter Farkas and Kata Szabó with discipline. The session was organised in cooperation with the Debrecen Sportcentrum Kft., to provide free sporting opportunities for children with special educational needs.
The programme is part of the Inclusion-InSport-InSociety – Heroes of Local Responsible Sport Enterprises initiative, which aims to promote the social inclusion of people with disabilities through everyday sports activities and innovative software for sports. One of the primary objectives of the project is to provide people with disabilities with free access to sports facilities, coordinated by the municipality, for sports participation.
