Light trams will start operating in Debrecen on the first Sunday of Advent

DKV’s festive light fleet will set off on November 30, the first Sunday of Advent, bringing a magical atmosphere to the everyday life of the city.

Timetable of the light trams:

The light trams will operate between November 30, 2025, and January 6, 2026.

KCSV Light Tram departure times from the Main Station on Line 1:

  • Weekdays during the school term:
    4:50, 5:38, 6:28, 7:16, 8:06, 9:02, 9:58, 10:54, 11:50, 12:46, 13:34, 14:22, 15:12, 16:02, 16:46, 17:44, 18:44, 19:28, 20:16, 21:04, 21:52, 22:50
  • Weekdays during the school break:
    4:50, 5:38, 6:26, 7:04, 8:00, 8:48, 9:36, 10:24, 11:12, 12:00, 12:48, 13:44, 14:40, 15:36, 16:32, 17:34, 18:14, 18:54, 19:40, 20:28, 21:16, 22:06, 22:50
  • Weekends and public holidays:

Advent Express departure times from the Main Station on Line 1:
The special Advent FVV tram will only operate on the following days during the festive season:
November 30 (Sunday), December 6 (Saturday), December 7 (Sunday), December 14 (Sunday), December 20 (Saturday), December 21 (Sunday), December 25 (Thursday), December 26 (Friday), January 1 (Thursday), January 3 (Saturday), January 4 (Sunday)

  • Weekends and public holidays:
    9:34, 10:22, 11:10, 11:58, 13:34, 14:22, 15:10, 15:58, 17:34, 18:22, 19:10, 19:58
  • On Advent Sundays (December 7, 14, and 21):
    9:34, 10:22, 11:10, 11:58, 13:34, 14:22, 15:10, 18:22, 19:10, 19:58

Information about the timetable of a “surprise vehicle” will be announced soon, according to a press release by DKV.
