The Great Forest comes alive on trams during the Great Forest Week

Step aboard the Nagyerdei Line during the Great Forest Week and experience a journey like no other! From October 8 to 11, trams 1 and 2 will be transformed into moving showcases of the Great Forest’s wildlife—featuring captivating animal sounds and stunning visuals projected inside the carriages.

Nature meets urban travel in this immersive experience, thanks to the collaboration with DKV Debreceni Közlekedési Zrt. and the creative contributions of Dr. Péter Gyüre.

This unique initiative brings nature into the heart of the city’s public transport, blending everyday travel with environmental awareness.

Don’t miss this unique celebration of Debrecen’s natural heritage—hop on and let the forest ride with you!
