The Kuruc Street Kindergarten celebrated the 50th anniversary of its foundation
The institution’s former kindergarten teachers and employees were also invited to the event to celebrate the kindergarten’s half-century anniversary together and to reflect on the professional achievements of the past period.
The Kuruc Street Kindergarten in Debrecen celebrated its half-century anniversary on Friday. At the event, Deputy Mayor Lajos Barcsa said, “The institution is among the best in the city, which is supported by the application data as well as the recognition it has earned.”
“The kindergarten has won significant awards in the past fifty years. It received the Debrecen City Award for Public Education in 2009, and it also won the Green Kindergarten title. In Csapókert, this is a base that can still be successful today,” Deputy Mayor Lajos Barcsa said.
The celebration was crowned with a performance by the kindergarten’s children.
