INPARK to Build Another Warehouse Hall in Debrecen Next to Its Existing One
After completing a 60,000-square‑meter facility, INPARK is now constructing a new 44,000‑square‑meter warehouse hall.
INPARK has begun building a new warehouse hall of approximately 44,000 square meters in Debrecen, directly adjacent to the previous large‑scale investment of INPARK Szigma Kft., the company announced.
The company first built a 60,000‑square‑meter hall in the Southern Economic Zone.
The first phase of construction on the new hall—work related to underground structures—is already underway, laying the foundation for a fast and well‑coordinated building process later on.
According to INPARK’s statement, the goal of the project is to create modern industrial infrastructure that meets the highest investor expectations and supports both the long‑term operations of international companies in the region and Debrecen’s economic growth.
Foundation, landscaping, and deep construction work are expected to be completed in the coming days. The full implementation of the development recently received its building permit, and with this approval in hand, INPARK will continue the next phases of the investment and prepare for the above‑ground construction work.
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The company highlights that Debrecen has become one of Hungary’s most significant industrial development hubs in recent years, with international investors playing a key role. INPARK aims to create a modern, sustainable industrial environment aligned with investor expectations—further strengthening the economic position of the city and the region.
“The dynamic development of the Debrecen area justified this investment. We see strong potential for further development in the region,” Albrecht Armand, CEO of INPARK, said.
INPARK specializes in building manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse facilities for both Hungarian and international clients. The company group offers standard and customized industrial properties for lease, as well as development plots for sale. It provides full‑service support—from selecting the right site and preparing infrastructure to planning, permitting, and construction—along with long‑term property management strategies. The company, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year, now has the largest logistics park portfolio in Hungary.
